Hello and welcome!
My name is Yustyna and I am the founder and maker of Malanka Co. I have had the honor to handcraft and sell bath and body products which have properties to aid in soothing skin and also just keep you feeling moisturized and clean!
My daughter developed eczema starting at three months old. I really disliked the idea of rubbing topical steroids on her “until it just clears away”. Luckily, I came from a Ukrainian family who have loads of background on using herbs and natural remedies for almost anything! Literally from anything like a bad cough to a skin condition to stye eye.
This is when I was introduced to the wonderful Calendula (Marigold burr)! I began steeping it in hot water to create baths for my daughter to soak in. While this worked like a miracle for my daughter, it sparked my interest to look into other natural herbs and ways to help ease my baby's skin condition. I eventually began making my own breast milk soap. This then sparked my interested in creating oat meal soaps and so on!!!
With the help and constant support of my husband, I’ve been able to turn my passion into reality by handcrafting each of our products with care, thought, and love. Every creation is made with the intention to bring joy and care to those who use it. It’s been an amazing journey, and I truly hope that you’ll enjoy what we’ve put so much heart into.
